For the exclusive launch of the Joe Rogan Experience on Spotify, I managed the creation of the video product from the content lens, ensuring that the show could serve as a video experience on platform. Prior to this, I led the testing and implementation of video with additional shows. I also worked with the production teams to build specific functionality into the product, which was the first of its kind.

I led the Content Initatives that complimented the launch of our Music + Talk project. This included Project Managing the production of 9 shows from Spotify's internal studios, ensuring that the launch slate showcased the many feautres of this new product. Through my work, I helped iterate on the creator tooling by adapting our studios' needs into actionable features.

Through crossfunctional collaboration, I incorporated the content needs into the launch of our Podcast Charts product. As the Project Manager, I also organized the working group to ensure appropriate communication and plans to promote the product through marketing, PR, and partnerships.

In order to serve users better, I implemented new ordering and naming standards for our podcast browse grid that allowed users to find more relevant content in more intuitive places. This standard boosted average CTR globally, with rates steadily increasing post-implementation.
Integrated Browse
To integrate podcasts and audiobooks as more of a holistic offering, I worked to test additions to our main browse page that would allow users to find podcasts more easily.
Angry Orchard
This project involved creating an interactive ad for Angry Orchard. In this project, I managed the creative execution between the internal design teams and external brand teams as well as the overall campaign planning.

Using custom shot-content, I lead this project to create a series of interactive ads for Microsoft. The ads were a product integration within the television series Lethal Weapon. This ad was the 2018 IAC Winner for Best Technology Rich Media Online Ad.
