Spotify's podcast charts are an in-app global ranking system that lets people discover the most popular shows across genres. The launch put Spotify head to head with Apple as the industry's default ranker. I worked on the product design, the project management, and the ranking algorithm, plus the cover-art system that scaled it to every market.
